I wanted to do a case study on See Without Glasses to see if it really does work. I first determined that I would test this by standing 6 feet away from some text I had on the wall. I would cover each eye and see how far down the list of letters I could see.
Before I got to do any of the exercises I could only read the first 4 lines, which is pretty pathetic.
During week one I worked all the exercises exactly as the product explains. I noticed that my eyes could focus between long range and close range much faster as I worked at it. After week one, I was able to read 5 lines and 2 letters on the 6th line very easily. I knew things were working now.
Week 2 kept me busy working on the exercises. I noticed it didn't hurt so much to look at my computer and I was squinting a lot less than usual. At the end of it I was able to read down to the 6th line.
