What Is Intermittent Fasting? This is actually quite an easy thing to understand. You'll have periods of time where you can eat and periods of time where you fast. Intermittent fasting weight loss requires an eating period of 24hrs and a fasting period of 24hrs. The interesting aspect of this diet is the fact that you'll still eat about the same calories overall. And still lose weight.

I delivered my first child on June 16th/07 and was concerned about losing my baby weight, as I had gained 50lbs during my pregnancy.
