Dear Electrical Engineer,
So you've finally graduated from university and now it is time to get a job. The hardest part is for those of you that have absolutely no experience. You now have a big degree behind your name and no experience to back it up. That poses a bit of an issue for most of you because potential employers have to pay you a lot, but not really know if you're good.
Finding jobs is a new thing. As an engineer in training, you're not going to find many posted jobs. Most businesses won't advertise it. You have to goto them. You have to get cold calling and find out if they're looking for resumes.
Anyway, that is the easy part. You're going to start getting call backs and businesses looking to do interviews. You have to ace the interview. That's what will make or break you. You have to show that you're the best and will fit with the business. It's tough to do, so you need to get "Wow You're Hired" because it will teach you exactly how to handle the interview and wow your new employer.
