Dear EIT Chemical Engineer,
You've graduated and you think you're a Chemical Engineer now, but that's not true. You're not an engineer until you complete your time as an engineer in training. Surprisingly it is is quite hard to find employment in this area.
I suppose the biggest reason is that you have a big degree, but you don't have the experience to back up. The degree entitles you to a big pay check, but without experience you're almost like a financial risk. They don't know if you're a good worker and they don't want to invest the money.
You're going to apply for a lot of jobs and you're not going to hear back from them. The chances for interviews are going to be slim, but that is the nature of the business. You have to do a great interview to get a job.
That's why I suggest you get "Wow You're Hired", the excellent interview guide that will teach you how to get your chemical EIT job by wowing the people that interview you. You want them to literally say "Wow, we got hire'em".
