What is intermittent fasting? This is actually pretty new. Research has shown that doing intermittent fasting can help you lose weight and make you healthier. The idea is that you don't eat for a full day, than the next day you can eat as much as you want. Very different, but great results. So you're probably wondering if Eat Stop Eat really is a logical move. Well, I find it is best to decide things based on a look at the caveman days. Cavemen didn't have three meals a day every single day. What would happen is they would go without food until they caught a big animal where they had a big serving. Makes perfect sense from a biological view.
