I wanted to take the time to talk to you about the cure for bruxism. If you're unfamiliar with this condition, it is when you unconsciously grind your teeth while you sleep. It can be a difficult thing for most people to overcome because it happens when you sleep. It's like tell yourself not to sleepwalk, it isn't that easy to do. There is a surprising amount of people that do teeth grinding while they sleep. Most people don't know it's happening because it isn't that bad, but for others they wake up with headaches and a sore jaw. It is extremely important to identify why this is happening to you. Why are you grinding your teeth? There are a few theories on why this happens. They fall into two categories; physical and psychological. Physical typically has to do from some sort of dental work. After you get fillings, your teeth aren't exactly aligned with your other teeth, so you may experiencing grinding in that aspect. Psychologically, it could be due to some sort of stress or anxiety that is bugging you.

For the most part, psychological is the issue and the cure for bruxism is to deal with that psychological problem. If it is stress, you have to learn some stress relief methods. If you have severe anxiety, you have to learn to let things go.
