The Detox Weight Loss Diet

I wanted to talk to you about the detox weight loss diet and how it can help you actually drop some pounds. A lot of people struggle at losing weight, not because they're bad at it, but due to the fact that they have toxins in their body. I don't think people really appreciate the reality of what toxins can do to you. It slowly poisons the body and makes it a lot less efficient. The first thing you need to understand is that the body burns calories based on the metabolism. Working out and eating less will have an effect, but it won't be anywhere near the same effect of your metabolism. You have to get your metabolism running at a peak, but you'll never achieve a peak until you detox your body. That means you have to dedicate a few days to a very strict type of diet that is designed to flush the toxins out of your organs and eventually out of your body.

The detox weight loss diet is very simple. What you want to do is drink water that has a slice of lemon in it. When you drink the water, the lemon will filter into all parts of your body. Since the lemon has a high acidity rate, it will actually kill the toxins. After you do this for 24-48hrs, your body should be free of all toxins.
