Fiber is the nutrient and it is the natural cleanser that you're supposed to be eating. It goes into your organs and pushes out all the toxins for you. As you drink water, it ends up flushing the toxins out and you feel great. The problem is a lot of people don't eat enough fiber.

The best detoxification process that I've come across is a combination of fiber and lemon water. Lemons are high in acidity and they actually push out a lot of the toxins that are unnatural (like pollution). All you have to do is keep your water intake high and you should flush out the toxins completely.
