Bodybuilding Diets For Women

I want to give some bodybuilding diets for women that can help you all achieve much better results than you’ve probably previously had. It isn’t easy for anyone to bodybuild and it isn’t that the techniques and diet are hard, it’s the fact that you need to be very determined. This doesn’t work well for those of you that are lazy or looking for a quick fix. If you have a determination to apply the same techniques day in and day out for months on end than you’ll have great success.

Start eating smaller meals about every 2-3hrs. Bodybuilding diets for women are similar to that of men. You have to have your body constantly digesting food, so your body always has enough nutrients to use. I eat around 6-8 meals a day depending on the day. It seems excessive, but it’s great. I have energy all day long, my metabolism is extremely fast and I’m burning a lot of calories.

Before bed, you should have a meal of protein and fat. This combination of food provides a slow down in digestion. It allows your body to slowly digest the protein throughout the night, giving you a consistent flow of nutrients.

Lastly, you should definitely be eating a big breakfast every morning. This jump starts your metabolism for the day, as well as, providing the energy you’ll use throughout the day.

Intermittent Fasting Weight Loss Diet

I know this isn’t exactly related to bodybuilding, but the intermittent fasting weight loss diet is pretty new and it’s actually quite odd. I first heard about it on a blog post that was talking about a recent study. The study has some very interesting results on the subject and I thought I’d take the time and do a little investigating.

The diet is actually quite simple. You eat, fast, eat. That is just a continuous cycle. For a full 24hr period, you get to eat anything you want, as much as you want, no matter how fattening. The next 24hrs, you have to go on a fast. You just get the basics like water. Than this cycle just repeats over and over again.

The interesting part of eating like this is that the study showed that people lost weight. It also showed that any health issues people had actually improved on this diet. And lastly it concluded people would live longer. Probably because of the improved health issues.

The real question is it safe and natural? Well, I looked into this a little. If you look at how the caveman ate, you’ll probably get a more natural look at how we should be eating in nature. I’d assume the caveman would catch a big animal and have a big meal. They’d probably eat as much as they could during that time because there would be no guarantee something would be found the next day. This means they’d probably feast when they caught something and went without when nothing was caught.

In my opinion, this is a diet that is going to be big because it works. I recommend trying this out with a guide like Eat Stop Eat because you want to make sure you’re fasting properly and in the safest manner.

Female Bodybuilding Nutrition Tips

Here are my favorite female bodybuilding nutrition tips. These all need to be followed because they are essential for the process of building muscle tissue to the max. If you’re not using it properly or eating the proper foods, than you’re going to suffer. Remember when you don’t use potential to build muscle, you will never get it back. You have to use it, or you’ve just wasted your time.

The first tip I’ll give is eating more protein more often. Your body has a thing called protein synthesis, and it’s a level in your body similar to insulin. Basically when your protein synthesis is high, you’re in the position to repair muscle tissue, if it’s low, your body isn’t. Eating protein will keep your protein synthesis up for roughly 2-4hrs, so that means you need to be consuming protein in the same time frame. Sorry, you can’t escape science.

My next tip is to avoid the combination of carbohydrates and fat. Eating these in high combinations is the worst thing you can do. Just think of all those foods that meet that criterion: greasy McDonalds fries, cake, etc. Avoid them at all costs.

Last tip is to get fat and protein before bed. You have a long night of sleep and you need to have protein digesting through a period of roughly 8-9hrs. Fat slows down the digestive system, allowing protein to digest slower and last longer into the night.

These are my female bodybuilding nutrition tips. I hope they teach you very well and lead you to much success.
