I’m going to share some tips for beginning bodybuilding for women. I have to first state that this is a tough sport. It’s not like other sports where you are in battle with other people. Bodybuilding is a battle with yourself and when you make it to a competition, you’re just showing off the result of that battle.  The reason this is a tough sport is because it is a 24hr a day thing. It’s not like you goto the gym, do your thing and you go back to the real world. You have to workout properly, eat properly, rest properly. You have a full day of activity. IF you’re looking for a challenge, I suggest you continue reading.

The best beginning bodybuilding for women advice I’ll give is on your diet. It needs to be perfect. You can have the best workout ever, but if your diet is poor, so will your results. Conversely, if your diet is perfect and your workout is bad, you’ll have pretty good results. You need to have a good diet. The best thing you can do is start eating smaller meals more often. This will give your body a nice flow of nutrients to allow your body to continuously repair muscle.

When it comes to working out, I’ve found shorter and more intense is better. That means you can’t waste energy on isolated exercises that just work one or two muscles. You need to stick to the compound ones that work huge chunks of the body like squats and deadlifts.
