Geothermal energy sources are the cheapest forms of energy. There's no need to pay for an air conditioner or a heater. The ground has energy and it's waiting for you to take advantage of it.
Basically the earth has a way of adapting to the environment. It's really quite an amazing thing. In the summer, the ground starts to become cold and you can produce very cold air without using any electricity. The same is true for heat. In the winter, the ground starts to warm up (obviously a few feet under) and you can take advantage of this heat for your home. |
